Meeting Room Rules
The Meeting Room is open free-of-charge to
- Non-profit groups whose membership is open to the public.
- Individuals or groups who need privacy for legal depositions, interviews, tutoring, etc.
- Business meetings.
The Meeting Room is restricted from
- Private parties.
- Religious services.
- For-profit activities such as charging admission or selling (with the exception of book signings).
- Activities related to a political campaign.
- Patrons under the age of 18 without adult supervision.
- Any substance, item or activity prohibited in the Library at-large.
Use of the Meeting Room
- Must be within normal Library hours unless other arrangements have been made.
- Must not disturb normal Library operations.
Other
- Reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Maximum rated occupancy is 45.
- Requests for a certain number of tables and/or chairs or equipment should be made in advance.
- Food & drink are allowed.
- Clean-up is required.
- Loss or damage to Library property is responsibility of patrons using the room.
- Privileges can be revoked if these rules are not followed.
